Baa-d manners in a Llangefni shop

Livestock trader HD Jones often collected animals from the railway goods yard at Llangefni, Anglesey, and walked them through the town towards his farm. In the 1940s, a flock of sheep veered off ...

into one of Llangefni's shops and caused considerable damage to stock on sale there. The goods yard, once a hub of commercial activity for central Anglesey, is now a car park and the old goods shed - where items were transferred between railway wagons and road carts - is home to furniture shop The Last Trading Post.
