  • Robert Dylan Vaughan Jones, 2nd Parachute Regiment. Killed at Warrenpoint, Co. Down, on 27/08/1979 aged 18. He was one of 18 soldiers killed that day when two Irish Republican Army booby-trap bombs detonated. He is also commemorated by a window panel in the Church of St Mael and St Sulien, Corwen.
