the building was decaying and faced an uncertain future despite its historical importance. Today there's good news. The Welsh Georgian Trust has secured funding to buy the building from the National Heritage Memorial Fund and the Pilgrim Trust. You can read our information about the mansion here or by scanning the QR codes in the window of the former Pot and Pineapple sweet shop. Meanwhile, the Welsh Georgian Trust is coming to the end of its project to restore Plas Kynaston Hall, near Ruabon. Our QR codes will be on display there shortly.
