This was where the Bute family's park keeper and his family lived.

The building was designed by Alexander Roos to look like a little castle.

The Pettigrew Tea Rooms opened here in March 2012. They are named after Andrew Pettigrew, the Marquess of Bute’s head gardener.

Go in and look at the floor tiles. They are some of the ones rescued from Blackfriars Friary.
