Llanrwst and District Historical Society

Llanrwst & District Historical Society

The society promotes interest in, and study of, the history of Llanrwst and neighbouring communities. It meets at the St Crwst's Church on the first Wednesday evening of each month except January and August. It welcomes new members, including junior ones.

The society has produced numerous books on aspects of local history, including studies of individual streets in Llanrwst. These are available from the Bys a Bawd bookshop in Denbigh Street. Club chairman R Glyn Jones' History of Llanrwst Cricket Club is also available at Bys a Bawd.
