Holy Island Landscape Partnership
The Landscape Partnership scheme runs from 2021 to 2025 and brings together groups across Holy Island (Ynys Cybi) to deliver a programme of actions. The scheme’s activites are geared towards: managing and enhancing key features of the island’s natural heritage; conserving and managing key features of the island’s character, appearance and built heritage; increasing local understanding and pride in Holy Island’s unique heritage, and developing the capacity to manage it sustainably; developing and promoting Holy Island as an iconic international visitor gateway to Wales.
The Landscape Partnership and HistoryPoints have worked together to provide interpretation at five historic structures where the Partnership undertook conservation work. The HistoryPoints QR codes at each location connect to the web pages listed below.

Partneriaeth Tirwedd Ynys Cybi
Mae'r cynllun Partneriaeth Tirwedd yn rhedeg o 2021 i 2025 ac yn dod â grwpiau ar draws Ynys Cybi ynghyd i gyflawni rhaglen o weithrediadau. Mae gweithgareddau’r cynllun wedi’u hanelu at: reoli a gwella nodweddion allweddol treftadaeth naturiol yr ynys; gwarchod a rheoli nodweddion sy’n allweddol i gymeriad, golwg a threftadaeth adeiledig yr ynys; cynyddu dealltwriaeth leol a balchder yn nhreftadaeth unigryw Ynys Cybi, a datblygu’r gallu i’w rheoli’n gynaliadwy; a datblygu a hyrwyddo Ynys Cybi fel porth ymwelwyr i Gymru sy’n eiconig yn rhyngwladol.
