The Chepstow Society

The society was formed in 1948 to explore and promote the town's history. It has published many books and pamphlets and organised the placement of plaques at places of interest in Chepstow.

The Society currently meets each month except August and December at the Drill Hall, Lower Church Street, Chepstow at 7.15 pm. Contact: Henry Hodges, secretary, 3 Mount Pleasant , Chepstow, NP16 5PS. Tel 01291 625865.
