威尔士千禧年中心是威尔士国家歌剧院，设有一个1,900个座位的剧院和一个250座位的小剧场。入口上面的铜结构代表威尔士曾经盛产的铜业。巨大雕刻字母是英文和威尔士语诗词。英文的意思: 《“在这些石头内，海阔天空任意唱”》。威尔士语的意思:《“锻造真理,像玻璃从灵感炉中冶炼出来”》。
